Please read this Financial Disclaimer carefully. By using the Spend AI mobile application (the "App") you confirm that you understand and accept it. This Disclaimer is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions (https://spendaiapp.com/terms-and-conditions).

1. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

Spend AI is a personal finance tracking tool. It helps you organize transactions you enter yourself, set budgets and goals, and view insights generated from your data. Nothing in the App constitutes — and nothing should be treated as — financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or other professional advice.

2. NO ADVISORY RELATIONSHIP

Using the App does not create an advisory, fiduciary, broker-dealer, or any other professional relationship between you and Spend AI Ltd.. We are not licensed financial advisors. If you need professional advice, please consult a qualified, licensed advisor in your jurisdiction.

3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

The App may produce automated insights, suggestions, summaries, or commentary using artificial intelligence. This content is generated from the data you have entered, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and is for informational purposes only. Do not rely on AI-generated content as the sole basis for any financial decision.

4. YOUR DECISIONS, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions, including spending, saving, investing, borrowing, and tax planning. Spend AI Ltd. is not responsible for any outcome that results from a decision you make while using the App.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The App relies on:

  • Data you enter manually
  • Optical character recognition of receipts you choose to scan
  • Subscription and purchase data reported by the Apple App Store and RevenueCat
  • Currency conversion rates provided by a third-party exchange-rate API, which may be delayed or inaccurate

We do not warrant that any figure displayed in the App is accurate, current, or complete. Always verify against your authoritative source (bank statement, brokerage account, tax document, etc.) before acting on it.

6. NO BANK CONNECTIONS

The App does not connect to your bank, credit card, brokerage, or any other financial institution. All transactions visible in the App were entered by you or captured by a feature you explicitly enabled, such as receipt scanning. We never see, receive, or process your banking credentials.

7. SUBSCRIPTION TRACKING

When you track a subscription inside the App, the renewal date, amount, and cycle are based on what you enter. The App does not subscribe you to anything, cancel anything on your behalf, or charge you for the subscriptions you track. Cancelling a real-world subscription is your responsibility — the App can only display reminders if you choose to enable them.

8. FORECASTS AND PROJECTIONS

Where the App displays a forecast, projection, lifetime total, or comparison to a prior period, that figure is an estimate based on the data you have entered to date. Past behavior is not a reliable predictor of future behavior, and the figure may change as new data is added.

9. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Where the App links to third-party websites or services, we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

10. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES

We make no guarantee that using the App will help you save money, reach a financial goal, reduce spending, or improve your financial situation. Outcomes depend on your own actions and circumstances we cannot control.
